7:50 am - 8:40 am Increasing Organisation Wide Transparency and Visibility in Order to Improve Performance and Productivity in the Government Sector
Transparency is seen to unleash a sense of accountability which in turn improves productivity and organisational effectiveness. This session will explore how data dashboards and metric trees can create a culture of high performance and self motivated problem solving. These tools and strategies have been implemented by the Cardinia Shire Council to meet growing demand in times of rate capping.

- Understanding how you can create an organization wide data dashboard on a budget to drive a culture of transparency and accountability
- Reviewing KPIs and creating a metric tree and reflects value add and productivity
- Empowering your staff in structured problem solving and implementing root cause analysis
